Remote IT Security Management

Introduction of the market leading services of kancellár.hu and BT Counterpane.

In common terms, Remote IT Security Management means 24 hour monitoring of the Client's network by our IT security engineers. They do so assisted by the Client's existing IT security system, as well as the system implemented by Counterpane. What is the result? The 24 hour monitoring of our Client's IT security performed in couples by men and technology.

 

IT Security Support

For the delivered and implemented software or equipment kancellar.hu also provides Operating Support Services and Second Level Support. Based on Customer needs our Colleagues remotely operate the delivered equipment and if need arise they solve problems on site.

Services include: fulfilling change requests; troubleshooting and resolving failures; software maintenance; dealing with licensing and warranty issues; monitoring operational parameters and handling alerts; traffic analysis and statistics preparation; maintenance and optimalisation of permission and rule sets, etc.

Based on accumulated operating experience our Colleagues regularly review the status of the systems operated and make their suggestions for improving the security of the systems.
