Deloitte Fast50 and Deloitte Fast500

Accounting to a survey carried out by Deloitte in 2008, kancellár.hu is one of the 50 most dynamically developing Central European technology companies and among the 500 fastest growing companies in the EMEA region.

The Central European Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 ranks the fastest developing Central European technology companies annually, based on sales over the previous five years.

In the Central European region, a total of 4000 companies applied this year and from these, the best 50 companies were selected. The rankings for 2008 include companies from nine countries altogether: the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Estonia and Hungary.

This year, fourteen Hungarian companies were included in the Fast 50 list, meaning that Hungary is at the forefront. Other frontrunners were the Czech Republic with thirteen companies on the list and Poland with nine.

In order to be allowed to take part in the competition, companies have to fulfil many criteria. For example, their annual sales during each of the past five years (2003 – 2007) must be at least €50,000, they must have a registered office in a Central European Country, they must develop their own technology, or spend a significant sum on research and development. A further basic criterion for inclusion is that the candidates may not be a strategic subsidiary, majority owned by a multi-national.

kancellár.hu met all the criteria and with outstanding results has taken its place among the most dynamically developing 50 Central European and 500 EMEA regional technology companies.
